Went to vehicle one morning to find vehicle wouldn’t start. After charging the battery vehicle still wouldn’t start .Turned engine over by hand to find at a certain point the engine locks up.When engine does turn over to the point of locking up camshaft can be seen rotating so timing belt is intact.Vehicle is being sold for spares or repairs .
