Vauxhall Astra 1.6 cdti 2017Selling a nice Astra as spares or repair that has done 116k miles.Customer broke down in the village and was recovered here.Oil pressure warning light on and engine noisy, very rattly and sounds top end. Not ran for long or road test, so can’t say if bottom ends knocking or anything.I imagine engine would need stripping down and repairing, or sticking in a used engine. Engine code is B16DTU.Have posted a short video of engine running, didn’t want to run for long as don’t want to cause further damage.We haven’t got time for a couple of weeks and we’re short on space, so thought we’d see if anyone is interested. Will just sort ourselves in the future if there’s no interest though. The whole manual pack thing has been lost, so no service history. We’ve never seen the car before, and customer states it has been serviced, but no evidence. MOT until January next year. Car is very good spec with radio that supports DAB, sat nav and carplay. In good condition other than damage on the osr sill and nsf bumper.
